Server log files

You can visit our websites without providing any information about yourself. Each time you access our website, data regarding use are transmitted by your Internet browser and saved in log data (server log files). Collection and processing when using the contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, text of the message) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of establishing contact. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) point (a) GDPR with your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. We use your e-mail address only to handle your query. Your data are subsequently erased, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Use of web fonts

These websites use external fonts - Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). These web fonts are integrated by being loaded from a server which is generally a Google server in the US. In this manner, information regarding which of our websites you have visited is transmitted to the server. Google also stores the IP address of the browser of the visitor’s terminal device. Use of Piwik

On these websites, data are collected and stored by means of the software Piwik (www.piwik.org) for the purposes of marketing and optimisation. Storage period

When the contract has been fully completed, the data are initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, and following that, in line with the statutory storage periods, in particular those regarding tax and commercial law; after the expiry of that period, they are erased, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Rights of the data subject

Where the statutory conditions are fulfilled, you have the following rights pursuant to Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: right to obtain access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and right to data portability.
Moreover, under Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR as well as to object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing.
