Initially Project KLF is aimed exclusively at institutional investors whose goal is to achieve ongoing and stable income and who have at least a mid-term investment horizon of three to five years.

During stable market phases, capital investment is made in government bonds and bonds issued by supranational organisations with high credit ratings and central bank eligible assets - so called high quality liquid assets as definded by Bank for International Settlements; during unstable or volatile times, on demand from insured companies, swapping of liquid assets against corporate financings.

The key points in favour of an investment in KLF Lines are:

• for domestic and international investors: efficient investment in a bond portfolio with top credit rating at typical market interest rate plus yield markup
• for international investors: indirect access to medium-sized European enterprises which would otherwise be difficult to access as an outside investor
• for companies: support with occupational pension schemes - lower future potential funding obligations, significant cost reductions through the reduction of currency, interest rate, tax and liquidity risks amongst others, as well as an elimination of counterparty risk as negative consequences of excess liquid reserves

In the future, KLF investments will be possible in various currencies and currency baskets, i. e. Euro, US dollar, Japanese yen, Swiss franc or British pound, or with a specific regional, sector or credit focus.
